I help organizations make Ultimo actually work. For five years I was inside Ultimo Software Solutions itself — in the update team, the integration team and the international team. Since 2020 I've been doing it independently. My work sits on the edge of process, data and user: turning "what the shop floor needs" into "a configuration that holds up".

I'm a tech person at heart. I like playing with new tools, and AI has become a fixed part of how I work. Not to replace Ultimo — but to search faster, document better and test smarter. Small wins every day.

I live in Alkmaar. One of the upsides of being independent is having space to travel between engagements — it energizes me. During a project I'm fully focused on the work: at your site, at mine, or a mix of both.

Since 2021 I'm the founder of App on the Road, a standalone fleet management system for transport companies. Together with a small team I build both the back-end for fleet managers and the mobile app for drivers. That double role — advising one day, building the next — keeps the work sharp.
